Is it a subscription?
No. The beta is free, and at v1.0 ScreenTailor becomes a one-time purchase of $39 with a 14-day free trial of all Pro features. No subscription, ever.
Which Macs are supported?
macOS 12 and later, on both Apple Silicon and Intel. The build is signed with a Developer ID and notarized by Apple, so it opens without Gatekeeper warnings.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. Purchases at v1.0 launch are handled by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, with a standard refund policy. (The beta itself is free, so no purchase is required.)
How is my privacy handled?
Your recordings stay on your Mac. Optional, opt-in diagnostics help us fix crashes, and nothing is shared without your consent.
